I was reading the February issue of Marie Claire and I came across this page talking about the next big thing in jewelry is the statement earring. Now, I'm all for "shoulder dusters" but these seem kind of extreme. Just looking at them makes my ears hurt. And what is the deal with chunky necklaces going "buh-bye".
